Decisions on daytime programs, 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, will be made by 7:00am based upon weather conditions at that time. 

Decisions on evening classes, 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM,  will be made by 1:00 PM based upon weather conditions at that time.
