PLEASE BE ADVISED OF IMPORTANT CHANGES

LOCAL OFFICE CLOSES
Comcast subscribers should be advised that Comcast closed the Customer Service Office at 1300 Crescent Lake Rd as of November 12, 2007.  The Pontiac office, located at 640 N. Saginaw, closed August 29, 2008.

Customers will be able to make cash payments, if they bring along their monthly statement or account number, at the following facilities:
 

  • TCF Bank, 2180 Dixie Hwy, Waterford
  • LA Insurance, 687 University Dr., Pontiac  
  • More Food 4 Less, 263 Auburn Ave., Pontiac 
  • Lions Market, 640 Auburn Rd., Pontiac

For equipment transactions: 
 

  • Return equipment through UPS service
    Customers will need to call 1-888-266-2278 to request the Equipment Return kit. 
    The Kit comes with a self-addressed return label which returns the equipment directly to Comcast.
    UPS tracking offers the customer the ability to track equipment back to Comcast
    A Kit from Comcast will be delivered to the customer within 4 business days to return the equipment.
    The Kit is free to the customer.
