Carl W. Solden Township Supervisor Current Four Year Term Expires November 20, 2012	Enforces all laws and Township Ordinances; manages & supervises all public improvements, work and undertakings of the Township; Administrates all department personnel; To prepare and administer the annual budget under the policies formulated by the Board; Makes appointments to various boards and committees within the Township; Act as purchasing agent for the Township; Conducts all sales of personal property that the Township Board may authorize to be sold; Performs such other duties as may be prescribed by the Charter Township Act. A full time employee.
Kari Vlaeminck Township Clerk Current Four Year Term Expires November 20, 2012 (Ms. Vlaeminck was appointed Clerk at the Township Board Meeting on July 11, 2011 after the passing of Clerk Betty Fortino)	Custodian to all records, books and papers of the Township; Files and retains all certificates of oaths; Responsible for record keeping of all accounts receivable/accounts payable and annual audit of the Township; Gives notice of each Township Board meeting; Publish minutes of Board meetings; In charge of voter registration and all elections conducted within the Township. A full time employee.
Margaret Birch Township Treasurer Current Four Year Term Expires November 20, 2012	Receives and accounts for all funds collected by the Township; Diligently maintains accurate records of all income, receipts and disbursements; Fiscally responsible for investment of surplus funds; Mails out and collects property taxes; Collects fees for dog licenses; Caretaker of pension benefits for employees of the Township. Oversees payroll and benefits. A full time employee.
Anthony M. Bartolotta Township Trustee Current Two Year Term expires November 20, 2012* David J. Kramer Township Trustee Current Four Year Term Expires November 20, 2012 David J. Maloney Township Trustee Current Four Year Term Expires November 20, 2012 Bette O'Shea** Township Trustee Current Four Year Term Expires November 20, 2012	Township Trustees have an equal voice in legislative and administrative governmental decisions. Trustees investigate and study important issues before the board and participate in decisions and deliberations by voting; Appointed by the Supervisor to serve on various committees, commissions, and boards. Although not full time employees, Trustees receive a salary for serving on the Board.
