The Waterford Garden Club
The Waterford Garden Club was organized in 1954 and is a member of the Women's National Farm and Garden Association. Our two main fundraisers in the year are the Christmas Greens Market and a May Rummage Sale. Monies from these events are used to fund our high school scholarship program, adopt a family at Christmas, donate to the Drayton Plains Nature Center, and through our Civic Improvement Committee we maintain gardens at the Parks and Recreation Office and Nature Center.
Meetings are held the first Thursday of each month at 10:00am at the Parks and Recreation Office, 2303 Crescent Lake Road. With the exception of February and July.
