Comcast Upgrading Network
Comcast is upgrading its network to an all-digital platform in December 2012. This means that customers will need a digital receiver or digital adapter to receive video services. This includes customers with limited basic service, who previously did not need a digital device.

Community Channels Now Seen On Comcast, U-verse and Web
Waterford's three community channels can be seen on Comcast, ATT U-verse and the web. Residents who subscribe to either Comcast or ATT will be able to receive Public Access Channel 10, Municipal Channel 20 and School Channel 22.
In addition, the three channels are streaming live to the web.
Comcast Office Closings
Comcast subscribers should be advised that Comcast closed the Customer Service Office at 1300 Crescent Lake Rd on November 12, 2007. The office located at 640 N. Saginaw in Pontiac closed August 29, 2008.
For equipment transactions, customers can go to the Royal Oak Service Center at 4500 Delemere Blvd, Royal Oak, MI.
Comcast customers may also return equipment through UPS service.
Customers need to call 1-888-266-2278 and request the Equipment Return kit. It is free to the customer.
Customers may make bill payments (cash only), if they bring along their monthly statement, at the following community businesses:
- Lion's Wine & Deli, 6500 Hatchery Road,Waterford (cash, check & money order accepted)
- Waterford Liquor Station, 6640 Cooley Lake Road, Waterford
- Russ' Party Store, 4530 Elizabeth Lake Road, Waterford
- Gnw Inc., 5676 Dixie Highway, Waterford
