Building Permit Fees
Charge Card Payment Option
You can charge your permit fees either by telephone or Internet through Officials Payment Corporation, a credit card processing service provider. This service will allow you to charge your fees at no expense to the Township. A convenience fee will be charged to you and will be clearly disclosed to the cardholder prior to completing the credit card transaction.
To Pay by Touch-tone Phone:
Call toll-free 1-800-272-9829 and follow the instructions. If you accept the convenience fee, you will be given a confirmation number for your records. Waterford Township Building Department’s
Jurisdiction Code of 3281 will be requested.
To Pay by Internet
Log on to
www.officialpayments.com, go to Payment Center link and follow the instructions. If you accept the convenience fee, you will be given a confirmation number for your records. Waterford Township Building Department’s

Credit card payments will not be accepted at the Building Department desk. Fees can be charged only over the telephone or the Internet.
