Paint
Latex paint can be dried to a solid and thrown out with your regular trash (contact your waste hauler for more information). You can use kitty litter/oil dry to speed up this process or there is also a product at hardware/home improvement stores called waste paint hardener that can be added.
Oil-based paint should be disposed of with a household hazardous waste company.
