Interlibrary Loan

Expand Your Horizons
Waterford patrons have access to many items beyond the doors of our library. After searching our online catalog or through the assistance of a librarian, if your needs have not been met consider inter-library loan. Through our catalog you can make requests for materials not found on our shelves. If our library owns the item but it is currently checked out, you may make a hold request for that item. If we are unable to provide the item, we may obtain it from one of the 50 plus libraries in our local co-operative. In cases where no library in our local network can provide the materials, we can request it from a wider net of Michigan libraries using MelCat (Michigan Electronic Catalog). Ask a librarian for more information during your next visit to the library.
