Trustees have an equal voice in legislative and administrative governmental decisions.
Trustees investigate and study important issues before the board and participate in decisions and deliberations by voting.
Trustees are appointed by the Supervisor to serve on various committees, commissions, and boards.
Trustees, although not full time employees, receive a salary for serving on the Board.

When the Monday meeting falls on a holiday, the meetings are moved to Tuesday. The meetings are open to the public. The meetings are video taped and aired on Waterford Municipal Television, Channel 20. See channel listing for times.
