Duties & Responsibilities
As a full-time Township employee, the Township Supervisor:
  • Enforces all laws and Township Ordinances
  • Manages and supervises all public improvements, work and undertakings of the Township
  • Administrates all department personnel
  • Prepares and administers the annual budget
  • Makes appointments to various boards and committees within the Township
  • Acts as purchasing agent for the Township
  • Conducts all sales of personal property that the Township Board may authorize to be sold
  • Performs such other duties as may be prescribed by the Charter Township Act
